Quest Merchant Bank Joint Leads Bank of Industry Landmark ₦250 Billion Bond Issuance, Mobilising Long-Term Capital for Nigeria’s Productive Economy
Quest Merchant Bank Limited has strengthened its track record in Nigeria’s capital markets following its role as Joint Lead Issuing House on BOI Financing SPV PLC’s ₦250 billion Series 1 Fixed Rate Bond Issuance.
The Offer, which ran from August 5 to August 11, 2026, was oversubscribed, reflecting strong institutional investor appetite and confidence in the transaction. The successful issuance further demonstrates the capacity of Nigeria’s domestic capital market to mobilize substantial long-term Naira funding for productive economic activity.

The five-year Bond was issued under BOI Financing SPV PLC’s US$1 billion Multi-Currency Instruments Programme and achieved broad participation from eligible investors. The Bond received AAA ratings from both Agusto & Co. and Intelligence Africa and will be listed on FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited.
